Meal Plans

My meal plans are carefully crafted with ideal macronutrient ratios and micronutrient intake for a healthy diet.

Each plan includes:
7-day meal schedule, shopping list, recipe images, and for each recipe; a nutrition analysis, serving sizes, alternative ingredient options, variation suggestions, and storage recommendations.
